- Chicken chest meat 250g
- Peanut 200g
- Chinese scallions
- Dried chilly
- Chines sichuan peper
- Garlic Soy-bean
- Sauce Vinegar
- Cooking wine or Rice wine
- Sweet potato starch
1. Peel the garlic and ginger, and slice them into pieces.
2. Chop the Chinese scallions into small cubes.
3. Chop the tired chilly in the middle.
4.Cut the chicken into small cubes.
5.Mix the chicken with salt, soybean,and sweet potato starch .
6.Put a little bit oil to fry the peanut with low flame till they becomes scrunchy. Tips: Keep the flame small and keep stiring while frying to avoid getting burned.
7.Take the peanut out. Leave them to cool down.
8.Turn to high flame. Put oil in when the pot is warmed up. Put the chicken in when the oil becomes hot. Stir till the chicken change its color and then take them out.
9.Put the ginger and garlic in and stir for a around 6 seconds.
10.Put the dried chilly in stir till they turn brownish.
11.Throw the chinese sichuan pepper in and stir a bit.
12.And then put the chicken in.
13.Put all the all sauces in,soybean sauces, vinegar, and a bit rice wine.
14.Put the peanuts in. Stir several times. And then its done!
